The Patrician Academy is an all boys secondary school located in the North Cork town of Mallow.
The school, which was established by the Catholic diocese of Cloyne OVER one hundred and twenty years ago with the purpose of providing education for the young boys of Mallow.
For most of its 'lifetime' the school has been managed by the Patrician Brothers.
The school has an enviable reputation for its academic excellence and its commitment to the fullest possible development of its students
While the Academy built its early reputation on academic excellence it has always readily embraced new ideas and subjects. Thus in more recent times the school has achieved a reputation as a centre of excellence for education in Computer and Building Technologies.
